Dr. Robotnik had send a robot doppleganger who look like Sonic to try and find the hidden base of Knothole. In the Great Forest he came across Sally who knew right away that this wasn't Sonic. Not because he was a robot, but because he was much more annoying than the real thing, even Antoine thought this guy was more annoying than the real Sonic. Pusedo Sonic, like the real Sonic, fell in love with Sally. However, unlike the real Sonic, Sally doesn't share the same feeling. In the end, neither side won as Pusedo Sonic didn't find Knothole Base or gain the heart of Sally and Sally is now forever stuck, until he's disgusted I guess, with Pusedo Sonic.
