Taking place moments after Night of the living food . Numbuh 363 and Sector W were completely defeated and overstuffed by Gramma Stuffum and her army of food creature.

Numbuh 363 made have a smart mouth, but a smart mouth is a hungry mouth by Stuffum's logic. It is reveal that Sector W's treehouse was just another spot on Gramma Stuffum's mission to liberate the world of this "horror curse" on children known as, Skinniess, believing that kids were not put on earth to be skinny and hyperactive, but that they should be helpless, immobile, and fat so that their unable to move and get themselves into trouble.

Now having finish wiping out the skinniness from Sector W, it's now time to move to her next big target. The skinny children of Sector V. Can anyone defeat Gramma Stuffum and her food soldiers, or will the KND be another of Stuffum's leftovers?
