It look like Gramma Stuffum found new mouths to feed. Visiting four different worlds she was able to fatten up vitcims from those worlds.

Kanon from Jewelpet. She was ambush in her own home when a headcheese monster came from underneath her door and since Stuffum's food was blocking it she had no way to escape and was fatten up.

Blossom (Momoko Akatsutsumi in the Japanese version/Hyper Blossom) from Powerpuff Girls Z. Momoko saw Gramma Stuffum trying to fatten up kids at a kindergarten and transform into Hyper Blossom to try and stop her. The Powerpuff never face anything like Stuffum before and was easily overpowered by Stuffum's nightmare of a food before setting her sight back at the kindergarten.

Azumi and Yashichi from Mirumo de Pon!. This takes place during the episode The Fairy Sugoroku meet where the challenge was originally them eating an entire bowl of Roman they ate Gramma Stuffum's Stuffum surprise which cause the two to get extremely sick though that doesn't Yashichi from wanting another bowl.

Two unnamed girls from Onegai My Melody. The two of them were being chase and fatten up by Stuffum's food. They hid in a chase but were caught and are about to get forcefed more food.
