Description
After another random encounter by Dr. Eggman's robots, Tails lay it on the line about wanting to have a kid with Mina but can't seem to know how to approach it. So Sonic, against Sally's wishes, is teaching Tails the wonderful time of year for animals known as "Mating Season".

I tried to do a image in a thought bubble thing, but it wasn't coming out right so this is a better alternative. And before anyone ask, at the time of that panel Sally is not pregnant, that's just back when she was carrying Sonia. As for the bottom, I tried to recreate Jay Axer's concept art of Mina but due to limited resources, and because the art isn't in color, this was the best I could work with.
