Toii took Wanpen to a place he heard is "The most romance place on Mobius" because it contains some of the most beautiful flowers on Mobius. But things started to get weird when the two started to itch like crazy before suddenly puffing up like balloons. Wanpen was obviously mad about all this, but she does consider it one of her best, if not most interested, date she ever had.

I imagine before the event of Pseudo Sonic, Poison Flower Valley hasn't yet gotten it's name or infamous reputation so people legitimately visit this place because of the pretty flowers and people do think it's cute to be inflated balloons even if that mean scratching like a cat pole for several days.
