Circuit Soldier Alpha = Kobalt Steel

This is my first design for Charles Sullivan's default superhero base form, "Circuit Soldier Alpha: Elephant mode." The design here is a hybrid of Zyuoh Elephant and Kamen Rider Drive: Type Flare; I wanted to have a bulky armor design that looked metallic (like with Metal Heroes), yet also gave off the feeling of an elephant (Charles' spirit animal), but this is too similar to Drive and Zyuoh Elephant, so it will change in the future.
