I don't, but I'm sure there are better ones out there than I could pull off anyway. This [link] is a nice, simple one, though I haven't tried this exact method yet.
The main principles had in mind when I did this are
* darker and less saturated shadow areas (colored the whole thing first with just dark, dull tones)
* painted in the lighter, more saturated "lit" areas on top, on a different layer
