Alrighty so made a second BabyNote story starting my favorite Fairy Girl Juvia!! So I just had too,XD

Juvia Lockser
- Loves Swimming
- Wears Baby Clothes
- Still Learning how to Swim
- Wears large Water proof Diapers at all Times.
- Thinks shes a Baby

Part 1 Baby Note"Waah!! Waah!! Mommy's mean! Waah!" Asuka bawled and slammed the door behind her, her tiny toddler rump bright red. "It's not my fault I wet the bed! Waah! Wa-huh?" Asuka suddenly stopped crying when she saw something in her desk.
"*Sniffle* What's this?" Asuka stood up and walked over to her desk. There, sitting neatly on the center, the tiny girl saw a pink notebook with a note reading:
"Dear Asuka,
You have been chosen to be the next wielder of the Baby Note. In order for it to work, you must write the name of the person you want diapered in the notebook. Unless specified, the Baby Note will determine the nature of the diapering. We hope you enjoy this gift.
Sincerely, N/A"
"Who's N/A?" Asuka asked as she read the note. "Baby note, huh?" she looked down at her gift, "Let's see......" she uncapped a pen and began writing in it.
(Mommy:
-Wears thick diapers
-Wets the bed
-Cooks for me whatever I want)
"Let's see how YOU like being the baby" Asuka smiled mischievously.
[In the Master b Part 2 The Return of the Baby Note"Hehehe, good thing I decided to sneak out of the house while Mommy was cleaning." Asuka smiled mischievously as she walked over to the Fairy Tail guild hall, the Baby Note and a pencli tucked under her arm. After the first time using it, Asuka was caught red-handed by her own father, Alzack Connell, who forced his daughter to undo the effects of the Baby Note. "Fufufu, I can't wait to see what else this baby can-"
"BLAM* while she wasn't looking, Asuka suddenly bumped into a long pair of legs.
"Kyaa!" "Eep!" two girls landed hard on the ground, the taller one having tripped over Asuka.
"Hey, watch where you're-" Daphne began yelling angrily, then stopped when she realized who she was talking to, 'Shit! Asuka! You should be at home, being diapered by Amber! Not here!'
"Ugh........" Asuka slowly sat back up, the Baby Note slipping out of her hands.
"Hey," Daphne saw the pink notebook, "What's this?" she picked up the book and began reading it as she stood up.
"Hey! That's mine!" Asuka e
