I just want to know what the heck Scout is being interrogated for. I mean, it's not like he's exactly a vast cornucopia of knowledge.Thanks to everyone who tossed random words at me for my pointless fan art.

If you just want to practice animal drawing, google search is a valuable tool. Draw 100 dogs and you'll probably get the hang of it. Like with people, first try to find the simple underlying shapes and then add details. Though be careful not to copy any imagery directly into your own original works.
If you feel like finding a book, "How to Draw Animals" by Jack Hamm is an excellent book that can teach you the basics of most animal types.
Google Muybridge. He took photos of animals and people in motion. A very handy resource, especially if you want to draw an animal doing more than standing around. [link]
