Got the idea from my dear friend, , to use watercolors as a texture, and here I'm trying [emphasis on trying] to do the same. I failed to render this the way I saw it in my mind, but the concept is very close to my heart. It must have been like learning to walk all over again for Peter when he went to Jesus on the water, and that's kind of how I feel sometimes, walking in my faith. Like a toddler learning to take his first steps, I often fall. But my Father will always pick me back up and keep me from sinking.
Yay for kindergarten-style boat.
