Been playing Fallout New Vegas again. I actually like the NCR Ranger Combat Armor for the most part. Unfortunately I can't freely wear this in the presence of the Brotherhood of Steel... the trench coat + armor mix got me thinking of how to draw it... then I recalled this short film on a fat vault dweller guy who craved nuka-cola. There was a girl in that film who wore what my girlfriend would wear in a desert even during a nuclear apocalypse. I first drew my girlfriend... but all the while, I thought this will burn the moment someone fires an energy weapon. To incorporate some extra protection, I added knee pads and the left shoulder of a T45-d power armor. As for me... well I fail at drawing multiple subjects in one frame so it got awkward for me. Eventually I just got lazy and didn't bother doing a good job for myself. Originally, we were both suppose to have trench coats but those are actually difficult to draw properly... at least for me. Enjoy us in the Fallout universe! Maybe I'll fix it one day...One crazy idea I had was my gf snacking away at Pocky with her Pipboy just there... while I'm struggling with a physical map and no Pipboy
