Description
Hook flew as far as her wings could carry her. The south wind carried her across the sea with warm breezes and seagulls flying around her. She rested sparingly, only stopping for a quick nap or bite of food. Sleeping was a luxury for the lasting month she flew, something in her soul called her to the sea.
Diving down into a huge, gaping hole, Hook unfurled her wings and glided into the Promised Land of dragons, The Hidden World. The walls glowed with gems, as if they were magic themselves. Wall falls flowed everywhere while dragons from all around the world sored the gaps between mushroom like trees that covered the seemingly endless valley that dipped into the earth.
She finally found a home.
Once her talons in a ledge that wound down to several tunnels with shining lakes, dragons sipping and resting at each one. She felt the smooth ground for the first time in weeks, it felt almost refreshing to know she didn't have to leave right away anymore. In the distance, Hook heard dragons roaring as they soon dashed over her head, tearing the sound barrier around her. It was amazing.
She started her way down to the lakes, when she felt odd. She felt watched and followed, no doubt she was being followed as she was new, but this looming feeling of death wasn't something she wanted. She would duck into any opening she could find, hoping to shake whoever was following her. As she popped out of a small valley of rocks, she saw something sitting on a tree beside the cliff she walked on.
A Nightfury? Weren't they gone? Wasn't the Alpha the last one? This one sat on his stone, looking down at Hook with his orange-red eyes, as if he could hear all the questions she rattled in her head as she watching him flick his tail. His fin was torn beyond repair.
