What would happen if these mechanical fighters were to meet? Would things come to blows? Or could the two make peace through a mutual understanding of each other as people who lost pieces of themselves as well as loved ones?Cyborg (Teen Titans)

Very hard one here, unless Cyborg can hack into Grievous system.

Well it depends on which iteration of Cyborg.
But yeah it safe to assume that Cyborg would be smart enough to keep his distance. (remeber if it's cartoon version, he has watched that pseudo star wars)
Also Cyborg has great ranged ability.... even more powerful if he taps into an external power supply (like titans tower, during the Slade (patroned by Trigon) attack.

Limited repair
Cyborg also has pretty good scanning and logistic systems, which will help balance Grievous's speed.
He has proven to beable to survive significant damage to his body.
Infact The animated series has shown that he can survive even if decapitated.
(also i vaguely remeber that if you damage his main power core, it has a habit of discharging or even exploding.... so if really unlucky, Grievous may light sabre at his torso & get few thousands volts of arc electricity in his face)

Cyborg has the range attack with his arm cannon. But Grievous is definitely a much better close quarter fighter. Proven by the fact that he can kill Jedis in a duel. Conclusion, if Cyborg can keep Grievous lightsabers length away, then he has a shot. But if Grievous can get in close, Cyborg will be chopped to pieces. And no they will not get into a mutual understanding since Grievous only cares about his trophies, and Cyborg's head will make an excellent trophy.
