Saying it upfront. While I thought of her before Surge was a thing, it took me this long to actually draw her.

Raika was born with electrokinesis and later attended a school to control it better. training under the tutelage of Mishka the Polar Bear and with a rivalry to Yasha the Kitsune, she became quite the expert, pairing her speed with swordsmanship.

Compared to her rival and kid brother, she's faster physically and mentally. While she's calm and collected in combat, outside of it, she's a bit more prone to overthinking.
