Leader of the Halago Corps, a separate branch of militant octarians determined to keep power and resources for the residents of Octovalley. Though her goal is right in its own mind, she’s not afraid of spilling some ink for her cause, even doing some fighting herself, resulting in her many scars.

Despite coming off as mean spirited and a bit insane, Delilah still cares for her people, her offspring included. Though she has her own son, Vladimir, as a soldier, she keeps his safety in mind. This also goes for her daughter, Wyndham, but the two of them don’t talk.

For weapons, she tends to prefer knives and blades, describing it as a more “intimate” fighting style. This ranges from combat knives, throwing knives, and a machete. Some of her soldiers describe her as having “knives for days.” However, she does keep a heavily modified brella, made to fire it’s ink in both a straight ahead concentrated shot along with a spread shot.
