Description
These two transfer agents were recently sent over to Inkopolis to offer assistance from their respective branches. Marcellus and Roxanne both use heavily modified weapons for their missions. It should also be mentioned that they’re roommates, sharing an apartment in downtown Inkopolis provided by the agency.

Marcellus Valentine, known as either Agent 36, Marcel, or Val, is a half-barracuda sharpshooter from the United States who’s a fan of old westerns, wearing clothes similar to a cowboy. He grew up as a farmhand whenever he wasn’t on missions. Being from the south, he developed an accent along with a dictionary of drawl he uses interchangeably.

Marcellus actually has a trained pet pig named Abner that he has living with him. Marcellus can sometimes be seen walking or even talking to him. Otherwise, he takes care of the plants in their apartment, keeping them watered and near sunlight.

For weapons, he uses a squeezer that he’s capable of fanning the hammer on to fire faster along with a splat charger with a modified frame. He also learned how to use a lasso as a tool along with a simple ink knife.

Meanwhile, Roxanne, know as Agent 27 or Roxy, is a half-sturgeon from the U.K. Despite being a descendant of royalty, she chose the life of an agent, leaving her sister in line for the throne. She didn’t think she’d even be eligible, being half Scottish and prone to getting unapologetically foul mouthed when her patience is pushed. Otherwise, she can be quite helpful within reason, doing most of the work around the apartment of her own volition.

In her freetime, she’s usually sewing or painting, keeping her creations in her room or occasionally wearing something she’s sewn. She finds both to be great for stress relief.

For a weapon, she uses a heavily modified undercover brella straight out of a spy film. Along with its non-regulation enhanced durability, it comes with a grappling hook on the opposite end and a hidden rapier she can unsheathe while using the brella as a shield if necessary. She also carries an n'zap 89 with an increased capacity in her coat.
