Description
The young soldier who came to Ikaruga to Capture Hazama and bring him to justice. However, he doesn't know that there's an intervention happening there.Drive: Thunder warrior: can use electricity in his combo's which can stun his opponent
Overdrive special: Uses an Electric power slam on the opponent which does massive damage
Distortion: Uses a gigantic Thunderbolt which causes an electric explosion.
Astral: Grabs the opponent and starts punching him 999 times with his electric punches and then summons 10 giant electric thunderbolts and throws them at the opponent which causes an electric shochwave.
