Very nice idea - is he really trying to fly. Underwater scenes are the perfect excuse for putting the horizon in the middle, and you did so very well.

Your execution of technique with this piece is great (I wish I had skills like this!) and the colours work well together. More importantly, though, I understood the point you were trying to convey immediately...and it made me smile

I like the stormy atmosphere and that the fish jumping out of the water the is the most colorful part. Very lovely.
