<<<<<<< read from right to left <<<<<<<Cats and dogs speak different languages, but sometimes they're trying to say just the same. Syaoran is quite gifted with languages, and he so knows what's going to follow...
Facial expressions make more sense in Full View. I really like these kind of (slightly stupid, not really funny) comics, until I start drawing them and it amounts to so much work... XD' I just decided I was alright delivering something half-finished by the time I reached coloring...
I did this partly as I needed practice with Kurogane, and when looking at this, I guess I still need some more... Fai came out well enough, though... He's easy enough to draw, as he's always jumping around somewhere! XD' The timing seems somewhat off, but then again, it all amounts to practice!!

All of your comments are moot. This.. I not only really love the simplicity of the plot, the way it is handled and the lack of actual text, but I think you completely nailed the style of the characters. This looks magnificent, you dont even realize. The style is amazing, the light use of color, the brushes you picked, the colors that were used, the placement. It all looks amazing. You didnt just slap something on paper, or scribble something in a file, this was planned, and perfected. You can tell when you look at all the subtlety of even the folds of their clothes, the (at time) slight hints and emotions behind their poses and facial features.
That fist frame of Kurogane, his essence, his presence, his demeanor, everything. It's amazing, and I think that is my favorite frame. Though even withthe blush, the emotion on his face in panel 7 is close to that same aspect. These. Are all amazing. This is just. WOW.
It really is.

...oh my god, you got me completely dumbfounded here. Thank you so much! I think a lot more work than visible goes into almost every deviation we see out there. I did do research on sword polishing, kimono, faces and movements, even on the way people hug each other, and drew them over and over... I really forgot this was supposed to be funny, before people started telling me... But that's just reassuring me that somehow I managed to do a good job. 
Really, thank you so much, I didn't think I'd ever get such high praise and such attention for this humble piece of work!! You just so made my day!

I really really like it a lot and I was just completely flabberghasted by how RIGHT everything looked. I mean the clothes were simpler than a photo, yes, but they caught such amazing detail and fluidity from frame to frame that it was really .. being honest, kind of an honor and a lesson on how simple and yet so detailed something can look. it was inspiring, really.
and I didnt notice anything off about the colors, haha, but they say an artists worst critic is themselves?
And after I commented I read someone say that they thought the hands were too small, and I dont know if I agree with that. It's true hat at present CLAMP seems to draw largish hands, but they also didnt always do that, so the hands.. just looked right to me. I dunno.
haha, I guess I just really like how it came out and am having a hard time trying to conceive of any flaws XD

I'm waging a losing war against bad spelling and grammar on the internet~ :'D It's really sad to notice that I (as a non-native) write a lot better English than many native English speakers... They're butchering their own language, which is awful~

I've wanted to draw these kind of comics too... but everytime I try I suddenly don't have any ideas for the mini-plot x'D

(I love teasing Syaoran... XD) The mini-plot just came up while doodling... I started a comic, trashed it, then started doodling a mini-comic with Fai being surprised by Kurogane, the outcome of which left me unhappy, and so after a few days I reversed roles and redid it...
