Sometimes I totally forget about these bigger illustrations that I made, because they are stored away in a folder that I usually never touch... ^^
It's also another old drawing that I made a while ago, I know it has obvious mistakes in anatomy and other things, but I still love this one, even just because of the concept and I think the face looks very creepy.

I was always fascinated by good things becoming bad, corrupted, tainted and how that would happen and out of what reasons. So in this illustration, the angel falls in love with the demon behind her. That's how everything starts. She is very naive, a newly born angel, and thinks every being has only good in them. But this time she is wrong, the demon is manipulating and using her to slowly become something that he can use solely for his entertainment, joy and pleasure. So she is falling deep into a spiral of lies, intrigues and manipulation. She also thinks she can save the demon from the darkness and alluring power of evil. She shows him the good side of life, shows him emotions, especially love, and he stops for a moment and thinks, but in the end he sticks to his mission to turn her into a weapon, powered by both, the good and the evil. And as we can see, he succeeds.
