Don't ask where the diaper came from-

Actually, maybe they sell diapers out on Glitz Square Plaza somewhere, I mean tourists come, some have young ones... So yeah, after 3 years I find the rationalization for that one... But wouldn't they have some other clothes out there? Certainly there'd be child sized pants and other clothing items- Perhaps sporting Rawk Hawk's smirking beak... Although perhaps Fluffy reasoned that irony would have been too much for Rawky to handle, especially in his new emotionally fragile state... So- She chose the diaper. Yeah. That's it. That's the reason.

And so the wailing fledgling is placated by the angelic voice of his rescuer...

I think we can all agree with Fluffy there.
