Well, but I did mean him being a bad clumsy one. And quite the opposite: he tried to do something wrong (breaking havoc) with the right things (Remnants). I'm glad Cloud peeled him and got Kadaj back, to hug him a bit til it's possible.

Cloud raised an eyebrow. He had come here expecting a fight. Not this.

No, the way you have it is correct. 'Equation' is the mathematical formula itself. If I said: 'I have six apples and I get two apples so I have eight apples'that's an equation.If I said: 'I have six apples and I get two apples so now I have enough to make a pie' that's a deduction.
