This looks epic...I love the chemistry behind these two titan shifters, and I have something that's going to interest you!
Put it this way, and this is just my theory so it's not likely going to happen...but I really, really wish it does...
I believe this wholeheartedly that Annie actually has feelings for Eren, since Eren was the only person to open himself up to Annie and the only person to actually show interest in her...and this was shown in the manga, when Eren asked Annie as a way of complimenting her fighting technique, Eren asked Annie and to teach him her fighting style. It's also stated that Eren "get's her". with "her" being Annie, since Eren surprised Annie by using her moves on Jean, stating that he was learning and paying attention on how to fight, meaning that Eren was focusing all of his attention on Annie, and this caught Annie by surprise. I don't think no-one paid attention to Annie in the past, but since Eren made the effort, and respected her, Annie is respectful of him. I believe that Annie has somewhat started to feel, since her cold demeanor is just a shell, and Eren broke through to her, and Annie is indebted to him and for that she's paying attention to him, for example when Armin used Eren's nickname when he and other Survey Corps were fighting the Female titan, just as the female titan was about to kill Jean, the nickname stopped Annie in her tracks and she hesitated for a moment. The crying part is that Eren was taken from her, and that the reason why she had him in her mouth was because, Annie wanted to run away with him, since Eren is important to her. Annie has developed feelings for Eren, and so has Eren himself! You can see the look in his eyes, when Mikasa explains to Eren that Annie is the Female Titan, and Eren just can't reason with himself, to the point where he's in shock with the revelation, and the thought of fighting her made it impossible for him to shift into his Titan form. Eren himself has developed feelings for her too, and I believe that in the next arc, Annie is going to be released from her crystal form, be captured, experimented on, and while this is all happening Eren is going to keep on visiting Annie in the dungeon and, in this part they're seriously going to hit it off. Annie is going to try and escape but with Erens help! And I don't even think for a moment that Eren isn't going to idly stand by and watch Annie be tortured or interrogated by the Corps, and Eren is probably going to beg Mikasa and Armin to help Eren help Annie to escape. Bertolt and Reiner are going to somehow be involved in this matter too, for example Bertolt will shift into his Colossal Titan form, to create a distraction, Reiner probably blow up a hole for them to escape. The only other person to show love to Annie was her father, and I think her father died, probably murdered, or even taken from her and, and it's got to do with the corruptive Corps, and I believe that her cold demeanor for the humans developed there.

When you first saw Annie cry tears in her Titan form, after having her whole body being sliced by Levi! Ant then cut open her moth to release Eren from her...what do you think those tears symbolized?
