Well, this is my first picture done with photoshop CS3 I'm hoping this turns out well here. *hopes prays* I would really like some tips on how to make clouds more realistic... I've got the grass down YAY!! I need to make my character look a little more realistic too though...ANYWAY~~~
Info on my character here. I made him up at my friend :devKillierlepord:'s house I was drawing at her table and I just randomly drew him, I've decided that he is the son of my main pokemon trainer Toroshiro in the future ^_^ His name is slightly based on Toroshiro's name, I wanted something similar but distinktly different. so Toshiaki ^_^ I've also come up with a last name to my characters Toroshiro and Toshiaki, Their last name is Soro. Don't ask me how I got it, it just popped into my head. Anyway hope you like it....

wow, nice picture. I'm a critic so I know stuff.
For your clouds, only the bottom right looks great, it has that 3D effect.
the grass is indeed awesome, I like the top of it, looks like a wheat field.
as for your character, he looks great, nothing really wrong that I see.
as for the Latis though, that could use improvement, mainly the wings.
hope I'm not too hard, I could nag about the latis, but you didn't ask for it.
