So, yeah.All Dogs Go To Heaven fan art! Its been a long while since I've properly drawn any.
I've been wanting to draw this for months now and finally got a chance to do it, hehe. Here's Charlie and his parents, who we see briefly in the film right here:
I thought It'd be fun to draw a scene with them reuniting, I guess. Not that it matters but- I wasnt gonna submit this today, but I most likely wouldnt've remembered to in the coming weeks so I just decided to post it now.

Same here. I presume his father is supposed to resemble even more of a German shepherd than Charlie himself does, so the animators added a "German"? monocle.

He he, indeed ... the German wikipedia writes that the monocle used to be especially popular in Germany -and- the UK.
The English wiki notes: "Monocles were also stereotypical accessories of German military officers from this period" (end of the 19th century).

I love how your style is so obviously Bluth-inspired, but there are a ton of things that make it distinct. Charlie's mouth in particular seems like a very Kosperry hallmark.

WOW I've seen this movie at least over 50 times and NEVER noticed that was his parents. I always watch the beautiful animation of Charlie's expressions. Totally mind blown. I think it would've been a bit sad if his parents saw him there in heaven. Seeing his birthdate and the time the movie takes place, Charlie is only two years old. A literal pup.

Part German Shepered and part Collie :3 If you read the book in the picture that is shown as a example in the debscription box... There are more breeds mixed in too though.
