This is such a fantastic Ludwig design. So many lovely cartoony elements like his wrinkled knees, his puffed up self-important chest, and his cartoonishly large hair. So fantastic.

Your style for Ludwig has improved compared to last time you drew him. I particularly like the collar and bow, makes me really think he'll play up the Beethoven motif. I also like how you made him look a bit less menacing, it makes your version of Bowser even scarier by comparison.
