She's like staring at the sun or something.She's a clefairy (Pokemon) that was bitten by a lumpy space person. (Adventure Time)
I tried tracing my sketch in ink instead of pencil this time, and learned that inking is even harder. Took a few tries but I think it turned out ok. Colored in Paintshop Pro.
