i coloured it and shaddowed it underneath,, then i copyed the part i couloured, and i added noise ot it..then i made the layer to ..erm..sumthing (cant rememrb) and i smudged it lightly with the smuge tool^^

ah, it looked anyhow like the noise effect took a major role there
