A flower I observed hiking in Mueller Park out here in Colorado. There were still a bunch of wildflowers even so late in the summer way up at altitude, it was very pretty! I may do some more flowers from that trip. This piece is a watercolor with a little help from gouache and watercolor pencil. I'm trying to get better at watercolors, but I'm too much of a fiddler.
