NEW REF TIME!

i've made a buuunch on tom before, and this is no exception XP however, this is important, as a couple lil changes are into this.
firstly: NEW LAST NAME!!! yep! tom's brand new last name will be matthews from here on out. while his previous last name was fun while it lasted, still using the last name "macpow" when i quit toontown didn't sit right. it's way too toony sounding, and i want to stray tom away from that. so yeah, new last name.

and the other... a certain flag ;3
yes, after developing tom more and more with some close friends' roleplays, i decided that while tom still has feelings for star, he also doesn't object to going out with someone of any sex. :3
so yup! tom is now pansexual.

other than the new design, not much else really changed. (besides the outfit being simplified a bit)
