Nice touches with the shading and charcoal background. The charcoal gives off a airbrushed quality while the pastel gives a photographic quality.

a VERY nice skull study!!! Its amazing how many people don't learn to draw bones and anatomy when they should. My art professor in gaming design is teaching us how to draw faces and bodies over bone and muscle sketches. It helps. This is very well drawn and shaded. I am impressed. Now to continue my studies..
