I don't think her chest is literally increasing. XD I think it's symbolic to show that more, more, and more, the guy is focusing on her front and less on her words, so by the end, to HIM they are huge because that's all he's seeing, and paying attention to. ^^

Perhaps this comic is also commenting on how guys and girls can talk right past each other; the woman may think the guy is tuned into the politics, but really he's not taking in her ideas at all. It may also be a jab at how guys sterotypically are all about sex, sex, sex... XD
