I find this very rude and agrees with darkpurpleanime because I'm Deaf too and is extremely proud of it. Haven't you considered about Deaf people's feelings? Some of Deaf people aren't really involved in Deaf communities and know little about their own culture may see this as nothing offending. But those remaining Deaf people have been raised in Deaf enviornment 24/7 like myself find this very offending. No offense but my parents are very furious and might probably do something. For they are Deaf too.

You can't just ask someone who have no been regularly exposed to Kris work whether this comic is funny or insulting, that's taking the comic totally out of context (here Kris style). Such a person couldn't even be permitted to judge anything of it as they can't get "what's the joke" here (particularly in Kris' case). It's liking citing "I hate Jews" part from the "Never I life will I hate Jews" sentence.
I don't state whether this comic is funny or not, but for sure if you think the joke's on the deaf guy here, I disencourage you to get exposed to any funny stuff or you'll get it all wrong. Kris is victim of his popularity as any Kris newbie can be exposed to his comic on the front page without knowing Kris and what's going on here.
I just disaprove your methods, but to determine whether this is funny or not and whether this is insulting to anybody or not...

i sent a link enmass to all my deaf friends. they is laughing. sooooooo why are you insulted. its only rude if you take umbridge upon yourself. whats the difference between the sign for anger and complain. anger is signed out. it leaves. complain is anger but it sits in you chest. if you complain it will just fester. and kris has done worse jokes as far as insulting goes so just laugh like all the rest of us humans. i know i did
