When I was signing/autographing at the San Diego convention last year, I met a couple there who were big fans of Cyanide & Happiness. The woman was diagnosed with cancer the same day she started reading the comics and for that reason she LOVED the cancer jokes. So she asked me to draw her one. This was that comic.
But of course, somehow people look at this and get offended because it mentions cancer in a way that isn't mourning. For shame.

pssh that would be like getting mad at any joke about losing limbs just because my sister is an amputee. anyway hi! we met at the NY comic con (i know you met like hundres of people) i was that weird girl who likes your music and you drew my friend and i a 'dont ask, dont tell' joke which my dad thought was hilarious by the way. we dressed up for final fantasy. thanks by the way for my awesome level up doodle ^_~
