Scourge, leader of the Australian Decepticons (that's not a name of her unit, just a ragtag group of some strayan cons), and greatest adversary/nuisance to Splendid Prime!
Her design is based on RID Scourge, obviously, as well as the DOTM Voyager Optimus Prime whose shitty redeco was recently reviewed by Dr Lockdown
I think i came up with her being a woman when someone asked "so will the corresponding scourge be a goth chick?" under my drawing of Splendid Prime
