Looks very good! I always thought of something like this: Nightmare moon being a dark power that lurks around and searches for ponies with lots of magic and takes over their bodies inside their minds if they have some strong evil emotions.
And this is just it! Nightmare Moon taking over Luna's body and imprisons her in her own mind.

I could imagine this as a dream, like the beginning to a story where Luna is persuaded by her past into committing evil once again.
