I actually don't like it. The colors are a bit wonky for me. The yellow (in the text) is a bit too dull for the blue.
The lighting is weird as well. You have two lighting sources, but the one on the right seems too pushed. Like it wasn't meant to be there. If you removed it, the quality would look loads better.
The depth on this one, is good, but I wish you had followed it all throughout the background, like on the left. It's lacking.
Not the best I've seen from ya, but it's still quite nice man.
