Mr. Suave had already acquired an enormous amount of wealth from gambling to the point that he's only in it for the thrill of the risk. Due to his incredible luck, he has been banned from almost all the casinos within his country. Once he heard of the upcoming worldwide Radical Racing Tournament, he immediately jumped at the opportunity. Besides gaining fame and glory if he won, he'd also be able to play more games at different international casinos he'd pass by!

He commissioned one of the best mechanics within his area, building an eccentric vehicle that would not only be able to help him in the race, but also to bring back that spark of fun. The vehicles nitro boosts have been rigged to change speed according to his dice rolls. And at the back of the vehicle is a custom slot machine which is capable of doing different tricks (depending on the outcome) such as Chip Bombs (a lot of chips that go boom!), which could help give Mr. Suave an advantage.

Before leaving for the journey, He brought with him his lucky charm, the very first chip he won.
