Description
This is a "free to use" (hence the "F2U" designation) aircraft design for anyone who may have a need for it. The image is transparent so that you will be able to color it as you desire. I've seen my original aircraft designs used on other websites, sometimes proposed as combat aircraft for fictional nations of theirs. For that reason, I was inspired to start producing a line of aircraft art that can be used for exactly that. I don't mind. Go ahead and give it a name, a color scheme and custom military insignia!

F2U-3 is a placeholder designation for this low observable, light fighter aircraft design. The idea behind the design was the combine the modern stealth technique of smooth curves with the faceting of the F-117 (though with far less faceting, of course). It would probably be similar in capability to the F-16, albeit with the benefits of stealth added.
