He had better watch out is right, because although she does--by the comics ("Life or Death" issue #30 & issue #42 of TTG!--harbor a soft spot for him (meaning that, though she is annoyed by the fact that he tries to hard, she can't help but appreciate his perseverance and dedication, especially considering her own insecurities surrounding herself), she can still pack a punch when angered enough (cue "Rage" Raven being released from her confines within Rae's mindscape).
Then again, sometimes, you can't help but think that maybe--the changeling does that stuff on purpose--knowing that Raven would never actually send him to the demension that she threatens to send him to, because she cares for him & needs his comedic factor to play off of her cynical sarcasm, so they can engage in their "fights".
