Quirk limitations: Overuse of quirks can cause headaches. For the dragon side, dark scales grow more, starting from the back; revealing the night fury side.
Actions: When using the night fury quirk, she sits on her classmates' shoulders without warning, and wraps her tail around their waist. But, using the electrification quirk, it doesn't make her go dumb like Denki, it decreases her energy by 2%.
Special moves:
Electric Ground Zero- She can aggressively puts her hands on ground, picking up energy from the ground. Mixing it with her electrification quirk, making a strong thunders with lots of volts as Kaminari. She pulls out strong lightning from the ground, raising her fist high, causing the ground to break and shake to aim to where the target is standing.
Black Wing Barrier- Her wings provide protection and it's fire proof. But, depending on how much heat it is, it can burn her wings and her skin on her back.
Crystal Borealis: In her dragon form, her scales glow bright turquoise, same with her eyes. With the new move, her senses become strong. While looking for the villain target, her scales leave a flowing light leaving a trail to go back to her friends or the U.A.'s Hero alliance.
Stampede Mode- Alpha Wilderbeast: She forms into her bigger mutated body with all the power she got within. But, the form can't be easily controlled, to calm down is her friends. In the form, she can carry a larger load of materials or even when rescuing people with her team. Her scales glow turquoise on legs, front, back legs, her back, ears and face.
Back Hydra: Once the fight between Class 1-A & Class 1-B, with Deku's team and Shinso's team. When she was trying to help Deku, senses that something was about to go wrong, she jumped and grabbed his wrist, and his new quirk forms, black whip, But, his quirk wouldn't let her hand go and triggered a new power inside Blue. Appeared from behind, formed two long-necked type hydra, but the color was white. It was a similar power to the villain, Nine, back on the Island. It's the same figure and same as Nine's power. But, she will use her new power for good.
Sonic Roar: From her night fury quirk, she can roar as loud as she can to make a blowback at the target when needed.

Story: Was kidnapped at 15 while walking to see Deku's training. Strangely was injected with some serum and it wasn't a normal serum. Turning into a monster, and felt more strong, finally teleported out from the kidnappers and went home. Never saw her friend Izuku again during his training months.. until high school in UA. She reunited with Deku and Kacchan.
