PStore, PS Plus and What's New moved to top row:
All top row items are a nice uniform color.
PStore and PS Plus retain their left placement so they are easy to get-to, and are together since they are both about buying items.
What's New is next to Notifications, Messages etc since it also deals with live data, namely your friend's activities.

Pinned Items:
I am only subscribed to Netflix and WWE Network out of all of the TV/Video services apps, I hate having to dig through it every time. So now, I would be able to pin Netflix to the main menu instead.
I always go digging for footage I have captured, so Capture Gallery being pinned would stop recently played games pushing it off the list.
The default selected item upon booting PS4 is the first game you recently played (The Division in this screenshot), not your pinned items.
In theory, I could also pin Games Library page, or certain games that I always go on (The Last Of Us and The Division) as well, and then have my recently played games filter-in after that, but I haven't shown that in the screenshot above.
