Description
This is a concept that I made for the "Windows Never Released" series: a custom-made bootscreen for Windows XP Service Pack 4, with the flat-like Windows flag design that I took some inspiration from some beta releases of Windows Whistler, Windows Longhorn, Windows 8 and some of the other versions of Windows that had been released before the year 2012.
