Description
Dog model I did recently, then autostereographed.Autostereoscopic version with the texture properly aligned to a hidden image.
Done with Stereogram Lab MTS v1.0 .
Many thanks to for the wicked software.
For those who have problems viewing, you need to look through the image in order to see the hidden 3D image, same way you look at magic eye pictures. Doing it cross eyed is wrong. It might give you something '3d', but the depth is inside out.
Here's a tutorial on how to do so.
If you can't get it after a few hours, don't worry. xD Been trying to do so for the past few years and today's the first time I succeeded.
Model done in Maya with the help of a video tutorial.
Dog model without all the fancy 3d illusions.
Autostereoscopic version without a texture properly aligned to a hidden image.

nice job! I suggest for better contrast next time to use black background and after rendering fill black areas with gradient or solid color.
