I never worked that much on a picture ! So here is my Hatsune Miku. It's a combo between XNALara and MikuMikuDance, two posing softwares that I'm using.
The picture is a tribute to the song "This is the Happiness and Peace of Mind Commitee" by t.komine with Miku's voice.
So, the parts of the model that you can see there are from various things.
The arms, body and dress are by kana3939, from MMD.
The head is Juliet Starling from Lolipop Chainsaw, ported by Rexil, © Grasshopper Manufacture, from XNALara.
The hair is from a Project Diva Dreamy Theater rip, ported by Hanamimasho and ChuiVocaloid, © Sega from MMD too.

The 3D object was edited in Blender and rendered in Keyshot.
Then I edited the picture in Gimp, Paint Tool Sai and a little bit Photoshop.
