That is absolutely beautiful 3D work. Usually I'm not a huge fan of the stuff, but it looks so real here. And the blue light just flowing in is fantastic and very eye-catching.

All the surfaces are so smooth...I can quite easily picture a cat skidding across all of them and being unable to stop.

My jaw dropped when I saw this -- it's beautiful! When I showed it to others, they thought it was real and refused to believe me when I told them otherwise.
Do you mind if I use this, and some other shots from your gallery, to draw from? I've got a few palaces and cities to design and I'm always stuck on the architecture (I have phenomenal amounts of trouble with drawing buildings etc, despite perspective lines). I'll credit your images as being referenced from, of course (Unless you wouldn't want that, for whatever reson

At first I thought it was a real photo
I would suggest to reduce the reflection on the floor, it betrays the illusion though.

wow! I wouldn't know it was a 3D model if I didn't read the description. Not only the lighting, but the shaders are reacting really well! I can now see that the curtains were duplicated and mirrored but it nothing that draws attention. I like how you positioned the chairs slightly off, it sells the realism very well!
