Facts about Whisp Tails:

General:

❧Unlike their Galactic Counterparts, Whisp Tails were born from the center of clouds

❧You can often see them jump on top of clouds as a form of play though they themselves can walk on air

❧Whisp Tails can be found with many different forms, most commonly in the form of a kemonomimi

❧If they come down to the ground or walk on the water, they leave a layer of fog or mist

❧When in the sky, they will usually make a cloud to use as a resting place as floating does take energy

❧All Whisp Tails are related to some type of cloud, the type of cloud is dependent on the Whisp Tail themself (Cirrus, Alto, or Stratus)

❧The type of cloud chosen for the Whisp Tail will depend on their rarities

❧They usually have an accent color in their tail "whisps" and the "whisps" in their ear, having 2 or more is possible but highly uncommon— same if they have no accent color

❧When Whisp Tails run they will leave a type of cloud known as Contrails (think the clouds left by jets or planes)

❧The strength of a Whisp Tail is determined by the size of their whisps (such as their tails, ears, and feathers)

Weather:

❧Whisp Tails can control the weather however, it is usually not by their will more so than it is their emotions

❧The stronger the Whisp Tail, the more control they have of the weather rather than their emotions

❧A Whisp Tail with a larger tail will usually has a larger area of the sky (known as their air space or cloud span) in which they can change the weather

❧A stronger Whisp Tail can "override" a weaker one's cloud span

Relationships/Customs :

❧Personalities in Whisp Tails are just like that of any other creatures, though most are usually friendly

❧Most will usually mate for life, and same sex relationships are completely and openly accepted

❧You will often see different shapes/pictures in the clouds from one Whisp Tail using their Contrails and small clouds to attract/court a mate

❧Whisp Tails usually cluster together to make from small clans to large country size groups

Ranking:

❧Whisp Tails have their own heirarchy, in which they have a royal bloodline that spans around many different countries that will appear randomly

❧All of the royal bloodline are related by 3 original Whisp Tails (one dragon (feral) , one tiger (taur), and one human (kemonomimi)) and have since grown from there

❧A Whisp Tail's cloud type depends on their relation to the three Ancestors:

The royal families being closest they would have a type of Cirrus cloud

Uncommon/Aristocratic Whisp Tails have an Alto type Cloud

and a Average/Common Whisp Tails have a type of Stratus Cloud

❧ There are also mutated Whisp Tails that will have a type of horn in which they would be related to a small range of clouds which can only be found with mutations: Cirrus Kelvin, Lenticular, Roll, and Shelf Clouds

❧There are also very rare Whisp Tails whom have wings, the reason they are so rare is due to the disappearence of the winged Whisp Tail and only a small number of known whisp tails remain, these legendary Whisp Tails have only 3 types of clouds that they have relations to which are" Nacreous, Altocumulus Castelanus, and Noctilucent-- These Whisp tails are so rare that they are often deemed more important than royalty

❧There are also "devistation" Whisp Tails whom were born in some type of weather catastrophe such as a hurricane, blizzard, tornado, ect. These Whisp Tails are often feared and hated by others; an easy way to spot them is their unusual looking "whisps", they will often have a dark color base as well as resemble the type of catasrophe in which they were born. They also have specific clouds: Green and Mammatus

**Extra Facts**

❧Whisp Tails with horns can summon lighting upon command and can keep that energy in their horns, causing them to glow

❧Whisp Tails with antlers can control thunder and can make sonic booms

❧The strength of the horns and antlers get stronger and increase in rarity the larger the size

❧They are omnivores, however— dragon and tiger based Whisp Tails have a preference towards meat.
