I've been inactive for a long long while. so here's another piece i did for the pepper project
(the pepper project is delayed, but still going to be released! hang in there folks)
Here's a sci-fi macabre take on pepper and wanda.
Living in a sea of techno waste, they lure mechas and robots to their dooms, feeding on their preys' mechanical essense. much like the sirens of the greek mythos.
it is also as an homage to my fav mechas/robots of today's entertainment

the red one (izzit pepper?) give me sort of like matrix-robot-like feeling...
for the blue one...looks like a female alien in star wars

I'm loving the creepily outlandish look... it looks very oriental, especially with the vertical writing, and looks sort of like a Buddhist demonic painting with a splash of scifi thrown in.

Though it would have looked a bit more dramatic if the robot head that one siren holds, would be a bit bigger and with some expression ^_^ Well, as much as a robot could have expression XD

This reminds me of Tsutomu Nihei (who created the manga "Blame!" but also did a Wolverine Comic called "Snikt").
Their faces definitely remind me of Firewall troups in Blame! or the silicon-lifeforms present there.
