personally, i hope we fight them seperately but in the same room (two bosses, oppisite sides of the room, light dark and all that) then when they are beaten, they combine into an ultimate form which is the true god cat and is the last boss.
also, i doubt they will be together cause both of them wont fit on the screen very well,one will be hiding half of the other unless they shrink them a bit, so i really hope they arent together so they remain as epicly big and threatening.
