Uhh ok so another OC from the depths of my mind--
He's actually dead (was drowned by school bullies) and this isn't his real body- his body was lost after he was drowned. So he has a host body and his...entity? resides in the pendant around his neck. And he's been turned into a demon hence the horns hurhur- and black sclera mmmm
He now works for/with this other guy in the same district; that is, the one for lost souls.
He also kind of has a vengeance thing going on for the guys who drowned him haha-
too lazy to say more but who even reads this stuff anyway //laffs
